To me, one of the best is Meir Panim. Their website shows a video that kids can see. Meir Panim runs soup kitchens that are similar to restaurants so people's dignity is preserved. Also, they provide hot school lunches to impoverished children who would otherwise go hungry. Here is the website: meirpanim.org.
Also, this website: http://www.tabletotable.org.il/english/, for Table to Table, shows how food is "rescued" so that it doesn't go to waste and can be provided to hungry people. There is also an organization called Beit Hashanti (http://www.hagshama.org.il/en/resources/view.asp?id=2048) that is a home for youth that would otherwise be on the street and/or have been abused or abandoned.
