About the Author:

Avigdor Bonchek received his doctorate in clinical psychology from

Israel. He has been a psychology lecturer for over forty years. – 
first in City University of New York, then at Hebrew University in 
Jerusalem, Israel.

Dr. Bonchek has a clinical practice in Jerusalem, specializing in 
treating anxiety disorders. He has published both on psychological 
issues as well as on Torah topics.
