The variable in your question is not bais midrash (or Bet Midrash) 
but personal preference or scholarly need.  Each concordance has its 
strengths and weaknesses.   I have four in my personal collection and 
use them at different times.  You should have at least the editions 
by Mandelkorn and Abraham Even-Shoshan
