Hi Buzz. On the AJL website, there is a page here http://www.jewishlibraries.org/ajlweb/resources/catlinks.htm listing online catalogs of member libraries, indicating what classification systems they use.
And the AJL Wiki also has a link here http://ajlwiki.pbworks.com/w/page/1636986/Cataloging-for-Jewish-School-L ibraries to The Central Cataloging Service of Sinai Temple Blumenthal Library that helps Judaica librarians and lay people who need to catalog books into the Elazar classification systems.
