Thanks to everyone who responded to my question about bookfair 
vendors. Here are the suggestions I got:

Apparently Cathy from Sayfair works for another company but can still 
be contacted atsayf...@aol.com. Interestingly, I just received an 
email from Sayfair, advertising 
bookfairs.http://www.sayfair.com/paperwork/bookfairinfo.htm

The others suggested were:

Enjoy A Book. Their website was 'under construction' both times I 
checked it, but they can be reached at 516-569-0324

Main Street books in New York. 
http://mainstreetbookcompany.com/JewishBookFairs.aspx

Kar-Ben www.karben.com (the only hitch being, of course, that you 
only get books they publish)
