Yes, there is an index to the reviews in the AJL Newsletter. It's on the AJL website on this page (scroll down to bottom): http://www.jewishlibraries.org/main/Publications/NewsReviews.aspx. But it stops at the Dec, 2010 issue, so this book is not included.
