As we have always contended, libraries of Judaica should reflect the Jewish
aspect, therefore in the "Classification System for Libraries of Judaica"
BIBLE is under 001 with the following note:

Includes only the Jewish Tanakh.

For the Christian Scriptures "New Testament", see 292.1

290 is Comparative Religion; 292 Christianity; 292.1 is Christian Scriptures

The holy books of the various religions are placed under 290 according to
religion.

If the Christian scriptures are considered part of the bible, then why
isn't the Koran also considered part of the Bible? I believe the Bible is
our Tanakh and the "New Testament" and the Koran are holy scriptures of
other religions and thus should be classified as such.
