A proposal for a Romanian (in Cyrillic) romanization table has been developed 
at the Library of Congress and is available for review at Romanian (in 
Cyrillic)  http://www.loc.gov/catdir/cpso/romanization/romanian.pdf  [PDF, 104 
KB].
