The New York Metropolitan Chapter of the Association of Jewish Libraries (AJL-NYMA) will hold a cataloging workshop on Tuesday, February 24th, 2015, 1-4:30 pm, at The Library of The Jewish Theological Seminary, 3080 Broadway (@ 122nd Street), Mendelson Convocation Center (1st floor of the Library). The theme of the workshop is "Using RDA in Cataloging Manuscripts and Rare Books with an Emphasis on Judaica Cataloging."
PROGRAM: Presenters include Virginia Bartow, Senior Rare Book Cataloger, New York Public Library, and Marlene Schiffman, Judaica Cataloger, Technical Services, Yeshiva University Libraries, who will speak about "Constructing Name Authorities in RDA."
