Friends, I am going to do a presentation for parents and grandparents on
controversies in Jewish children's books--books for primary age children
mainly. I will deal w/ topics like interfaith families (titles like: Kaddish
for Grandpa in Jesus' Name Amen), Arab-Jewish Middle East issue (e.g. The Cave
of Reconciliation), Christmas and Hanukkah(e.g. Jackie's Gift), and would
welcome ideas for subjects and/or titles from my colleagues...Answer off list,
preferably.
