Elana Gensler asked about the Dorotree genealogy program. No one uses Dorotree anymore as it was very limited in features. MyHeritage.com's free Family Tree Builder software is excellent and family sites are available. Users can set privacy controls as private or as public as desired. No one can edit your online tree unless you invite them to do that. Online privacy is very important to the company. Jewish fields (bar/bat mitzvah, yahrtzeit, etc.) already exist or can be created.MyH operates in some 42 languages including Hebrew and Yiddish. Dual language entries are featured (e.g. Hebrew and Russian, English and Hebrew, etc.) Just go to MyHeritage.com and download the free FTB software to your desktop. You can set up a free family site - there are also two additional paid levels - that will handle all the photos, videos, documents, etc. that you wish to upload. Your desktop FTB will import a GEDCOM exported from Dorotree. MyHeritage is an Israeli company, founded by a serious genealogist, with a global outreach. There is a mobile app, many bell and whistles and historical records to search. There is even a Library Edition for schools and libraries. In fact, we just conducted a live webinar on how librarians can bring more genealogy into their programming. More than 300 librarians registered for the webinar via EBSCO.
Let me know if I can help in any way. I am also the US Genealogy Advisor for MyHeritage.com and have spoken at past AJL conferences.
