Shalom shalom --

Perhaps there's an obvious answer somewhere that I've simply missed
(hoping!) but while H 0980
<http://www.loc.gov/aba/publications/FreeSHM/H0980.pdf> governs the usage
of Palestine in subject headings, and is quite clear that the term applies
to the entire Israel/Palestinian territories region as a whole, and the
West Bank or Gaza are to be used if required by a resource ---

Are there such instructions for classification? G300
<http://www.loc.gov/aba/publications/FreeCSM/G300.pdf> has a cutter for
Palestine (P19) but nothing for West Bank or Gaza.

Do the instructions in H 980 not apply to classification?

Thanks!
