Hi Micah and Shira, I use Surpass in my library but our patrons are able to log on to our catalog on their phone or computer by using a new account I created through LibraryThing called TinyCat. The TinyCat feature is more like a library data-base and more library friendly for patrons than the original LibraryThing which is used by me for data entry. Here is a link to our library account so you can see how it works. Temple members can see the new books as they are accessioned, find my reviews, and actually reserve a book through this link. https://www.librarycat.org/lib/HandelmanLibraryTINR Hope this helps.
