Hello AJLers, I wanted to let you know that the venue where we will be holding the 54th Annual Conference of the Association of Jewish Libraries from June 17 to June 19, 2019 is safe from the fires raging across California. I want to assure you that the fall is fire season here in Greater Los Angeles but you will probably enjoy beautiful weather next June with warm days and pleasant evenings perfect for sitting outside and networking with your colleagues.
