What do people do with unwanted donations? I have a box of all-Hebrew (to
the point where I can't even tell you what they are) books someone dropped
outside the library door. No name. there is an 11 volume Hebrew dictionary
(we have one on the shelf) but many of the others are a mystery.

Books that are donated that we already have or do not wish to add to our
collection, I do put on a cart for free or donation. When those have been
there a month or more, I move them to the local public library's sale cart,
or the geniza if necessary, or the trash.

I've requested (and posted numerous signs) that people call or email first,
and then bring the books, but that hasn't helped.
