Google "videos for children on the Holocaust" or "Holocaust videos for
elementary ( and middle school) school children". There is a lot out
there - lesson plans, presentations, all on tape. You can get ideas from

Hopefully everyone is safe and well.
We are planning a school-wide (K-8) ceremony for Yom Ha-Shoah this
year since learning is remote. We normally have a lower school
commemoration for grades 2-4, run by the 4th graders who present a
Powerpoint on either Janusz Korczak or Hannah Senesh, with some
songs they prepare. Middle school has its own stirring ceremony
which includes the school choir, readings and visuals.
I am reaching out to this wonderful group to see if anyone has any
ideas for making this program meaningful to all, yet age
appropriate for the younger children.
