Thank you to Elliot for sending us the articles and to Yoel for his reply. I have talked with an Israeli librarian that said that she believes that it is temporary. She said: “Israle is not the Untied States, it will get better, but, sadly, only librarians and the academia in Jerusalem care” I wonder if anyone has info about the library and the librarians from YIVO.
