Hello Hasafran and especially SSCPL members, I would like to personally urge everyone to make time to attend the amazing Roundtable that the President of the RAS Division, Amalia S. Levi, will be leading on this coming Thursday. Amalia has a wealth of knowledge and experience that will make any SSCPL member believe that they can go forward and successfully digitize their collection.

Levi, RAS Division President Would you like to digitize your collections to put them online, or to use them for engaging people in your institution, or as a preservation means to avoid ‘tear and wear’ of the originals? Are you a small organization and would like to learn a bit more about funding, equipment, staffing and standards? This roundtable will start out with a ‘light’ introduction to many aspects of digitization that might seem daunting, and will allow plenty of time for discussion. This members-only event is presented by the RAS and SSCPL Divisions. Please find information on how to register in your emails.
