Dear Friends, I was the school library teacher at the South Area Solomon Schechter Day School from 2005-2012, until my position was eliminated. I recently received the following message from my former head of school. I was stumped! I reached out to another librarian who suggested that I post this for Hasafran members to see, in hopes that someone will know what book is being requested. Thank you all in advance for your assistance.
Do you remember the name of the Hanukkah book about the woman who wants to make Latkes and her husband sneaks by the house of the woman who makes the best latkes and hears the recipe and brings it back and the woman keeps leaving out important ingredients?
