Sefaria has iOS and Android apps. You can download whole books or even the entire library to read offline.
In answer to the original question, I use Sefaria (on my iPad) to study Daf Yomi and it works very well. You can view vocalised or unvocalised Hebrew/Aramaic text alongside the Koren English translation, and some of the errors in the printed Koren (of which there are many, of varying degrees of seriousness) have been corrected in the Sefaria version. The web version has additional functionality like viewing the biography an individual when you click on their name.
