Senior Assistant Tenure-Track Librarian for Equity and Outreach (tenure track, 12 month)
The Meriam Library at California State University, Chico invites applications for an Equity & Outreach Librarian to make a significant contribution to the library and to the teaching and learning environment at CSU, Chico. We are looking for an energetic, forward‐thinking colleague interested in developing and implementing programs and initiatives aimed to improve undergraduate student success at the university, with a particular focus on first- and second-year students. CSU, Chico is committed to recruiting outstanding candidates who reflect the diverse, intercultural, and intersectional identities of our student body. The University proudly holds the Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI) designation, and enrolls over 17,000 students, over half of whom identify as first-generation college students.
