I have about 400 books to separate out between Middle Grade and Junior High-High School books. The books are at the synagogue and I am at home. I can not go into the Religious School building during the week to look at the books. I can only go into the building on weekends. I do not know how to disarm the alarm code to go in on weekends. There was a problem with a Preschool teacher leaving so we have stringent rules now. I am a volunteer so I have to follow the rules. How do I easily figure out which category my titles fit into when all I have is the book card with the call number, author, and title listed on them? I originally had all books for ages 1 - 17 listed by the same prefix which I called X. I use ResourceMate if that helps.
