Hi Shoshanah, Be careful what you wish for. Do a search on the ALA website for resolutions about Gaza and then similarly about Israel. I don't know anything about the internal bureaucracy and organization of the ALA, but it seems that the Social Responsibilities Round Table (SRRT) is responsible for a lot of these types of resolutions, in which case you should really be careful what you wish for. (In general, just remember that the ALA issued an award to the Goldstone Report.)
