Is this professional development opportunity intended for individuals specifically working with synagogue archives? If so, I would like to encourage a young man who is currently trying to organize and/or digitize the archives of a historic synagogue in Philadelphia to apply. He has no formal archival training, but he is very comfortable with technology.
