Lately I started composing music with TidalCycles, a piece of software that I love because of how easy and natural it seems to me to use it. The only frustrating point is that I have to switch windows and do all of my sound design inside SuperCollider.
I started looking for a solution and discovered Vivid, which is awesome too, but now I need the connection between Tidal and Vivid which is the "add" method of SynthDef. When creating a new synthdef in SuperCollider, I have to ".add" it, so I can use it from Tidal. With Vivid I cannot seem to find a function for this in Hackage. I wanted to hack it myself, but in the Github repo it says that Pull Requests shouldn't be submitted there, and rather discussed here. Any ideas?
