Hi all! I've just uploaded 'clocked' to hackage. It's a library for timing regularly recurring IO-operations. It has the pretty heavy dependency of Qt, as that was the only thing I got to work on mac os x. It uses a simple predictive heuristic to get as close to the wanted time intervals as possible.
