While porting some code to 7.6, I'm stuck here:

Control/Monad/Ghc.hs:29:48:
No instance for (DynFlags.HasDynFlags Ghc)
this seems to block hint and mueval.
Is there a known workaround for this problem,
or a sugggested replacement package?
