Dear Haskellers, I've made some minor improvements of fixpoint package < http://hackage.haskell.org/package/fixpoint>. I tried to contact the original maintainer twice, but without success. The package hasn't been updated for 4 years. How should I proceed? Should I start a new fork of the package? Or is there a way how to take over an orphaned package?
