There's a short list at <http://haskell.org/haskellwiki/IDEs>, but I don't think any are all that close. I'd like to see a good IDE for Haskell, but it's a lot of work.

Ideally it would use the .cabal file as its "project file", so that one could take any Cabal project and double-click on the .cabal file to open the project in the IDE. Also I think we could borrow some ideas from Apple's Dylan IDE
