So there is library support for all of this, in various forms:

    * lexer, parser, type checker, evaluator:
            ghc-api
            hs-plugins

    * lexer, parser, pretty printer
            many parser libs (Language.Haskell, Template Haskell)

    * runtime type representation
            Data.Typeable

    * reflecting code to data:
            Data.Generics
