Hi The released version of WinHugs does not support Ctrl+Z or Ctrl+D, but the development builds do.
If you download: http://haskell.org/hoogle/other/winhugs-interact-fixes-2006-oct-25.zip and replace the WinHugs.exe with this new one then you should get that functionality.
