The main difference is a pretty comprehensive interface shakeup: the Either variants have been dropped, all L variants have had the L removed from their name, and a few functions have been curried. The end result is an interface much closer to that of Data.Map. (This also means that 0.2 isn't backwards-compatible.) In addition, the package now supports GHC 6.8, and has a few more tests in the test suite.
