Hi. I'm aware of this option, and use it frequently to override the default prelude, but it doesn't help this problem:
$ ghci -XNoImplicitPrelude GHCi, version 6.10.4: http://www.haskell.org/ghc/ :? for help Loading package ghc-prim ... linking ... done. Loading package integer ... linking ... done.
