Posting here because it looks like it might be an issue
with the Hackage migration. If not, please let me know
and I'll move to an appropriate forum.

With cabal-install 1.20.0.3 I am getting errors like this
for some, but not all, package versions:

[in a cabal sandbox]

$ cabal install attoparsec-0.10.1.1
Resolving dependencies...
Downloading attoparsec-0.10.1.1...
Failed to install attoparsec-0.10.1.1
cabal: Error: some packages failed to install:
attoparsec-0.10.1.1 failed while downloading the package. The exception was:
/home/default/.cabal/packages/hackage.haskell.org/attoparsec/0.10.1.1/attoparsec-0.10.1.1.tar.gz.etag:
openFile: does not exist (No such file or directory)

This does not happen for older versions of cabal-install,
such as 1.18.1.2.

Thanks,
Yitz
