Hi Roman. We looked into this on the mail relay side and things seemed to be in proper order. We did however change the relay settings slightly to remove an indirection, so if that happened to be the trouble spot, then perhaps that’s sorted.
John W suggests: "if he encounters a problem again, have him e-mail me the email of the person and the approximate time in UTC that it should have been sent”. If anyone else runs into the same issue, please also follow suit. We’ll need the details if we want to trace things through our logs and see where any trouble spots may be.
