Without wanting to be overly critical, I'd claim this isn't really what
people are looking for. If you happen to be at a university department
where FP is sufficiently strong then there will probably be copies
available. If you are at a differently oriented department (*), or are at
a commercial company interested in looking a functional programming then
LNCS are likely to be difficult to obtain and a little expensive. But you
don't really need high-class, referred publications talking about original
work, just a book which covers some of the more recent developments used
in real programs in a systematic way. Since this might well have higher
volume sales it might be cheaper.
Just my personal view, of course.
