Erik Meijer's nifty-looking CGI library, as described in his upcoming JFP paper, looks like just the very thing I'm looking for, but alas, I can't find a complete copy of the code anyplace. In particular, some of combinators in the paper have only type sigs, not complete definitions, and are not in the online version of the library.
