Thanks Marko for setting up the Haskell Wiki! I've just added a FrequentlyAskedQuestions section, for common questions asked by people (relatively) new to Haskell. I've also added a LessFrequentlyAskedQuestions section for theoretical issues, and a CommonHaskellIdioms page to help people learn the ways people actually code in Haskell. After looking at the discussion on http://c2.com/cgi/wiki?GoodStyle I would like to suggest that we follow its directions. Namely that people write in second or third person wherever possible, so that the pages are owned by the Haskell community rather than by the person who wrote them. This way others can feel free to make major edits. Such contributions should by preference *not* be signed, since this discourages anything but minor editing. Of course, personal opinions should be signed. Please add stuff! I've just added a few of my own responses to the Haskell list in recent months. --KW 8-) -- : Keith Wansbrough, MSc, BSc(Hons) (Auckland) ------------------------: : PhD Student, Computer Laboratory, University of Cambridge, England. : : (and recently of the University of Glasgow, Scotland.
