[Most common concepts and definitions of functional
language Haskell]
The new official URL of the above overrides the previous
unofficial experimental pointer, which is no longer
useful. I think I found some sort of a stable working mode,
so now I can publish a stable format and location, I think.
Here is the new URL:

Content-wise, nothing much has been added but just a handful
of new entries.
Presentation-wise, it now uses both frames, tables (supported
by "file include" mechanism) so three diffent views of the same
stuff are possible - with minimal editing on my part:
- tutorial organization
- tutorial + glossary
- glossary alone
