Ah, cool. Reuben: we should document this. Manuel: if this RPM contains
all the tools we need, should it be added as a build dependency?

I presume you mean the SGML-Tools project. Indeed this has been suspended,
which is one reason we went with the Cygnus DocBook tools suite (and dumped
SGML-Tools 1.x, which is what we used to use).

Actually we just wanted a packaged up suite of DocBook stuff, and the
DocBook tools seemed to be the only one being actively developed and
maintained. Hopefully this stuff will become more mainstream; there are
quite a few projects using DocBook now.
