I appealed a couple of times to the expert committee to consider
basAlgPropos.
But just admit that now, on May 2000, basAlgPropos
is NOT ready to be considered officially by the committee.
I am sorry.
Probably, the revised version will appear within 2-5 months.
I am not sure now, shall inform somewhat later.
I thank the list for the remarks.
Many technical and political changes has to be made.
But to say frankly, I do not see now what principal changes to
apply.
If you help the business with further remarks, it will be very nice.
The proposal files remain on their web place.
Maybe, consider other proposals, let them (or us) compete ...
