ANNOUNCEMENT: hmake version 2.00

We are pleased to announce a new release of 'hmake', the compilation
manager for Haskell programs.
This is also the first official announcement of 'hi', an interactive
front-end for hmake. It looks and feels very similar to Hugs, but
uses our favorite Haskell *compiler* to do the real work, via 'hmake'.
This Haskell software is freely available as source for any system
running a Haskell'98 compiler (ghc, hbc, or nhc98), from
http://www.cs.york.ac.uk/fp/hmake/
