change and be applied retroactively.
Irrelevant, as no sane person would want to use software with so many
bugs which have been open for so long:

and which tries to do something so incredibly STUPID.
I note from the author's other modules that even he himself doesn't use
it. I therefore conclude that it is a very large joke.
