I'm not sure this is even an iTerm thing; back when I was still using
Rxvt on my mac, I had about six months when I transitioned to this
MacBook where I had to press the modifiers in the right order to get
a page up. I don't remember pressing them in the wrong order doing
anything at all.
I'm using iTerm now, though, and it seems to correctly page up
regardless of the order.
