HAVE TO DO TO GET IT TO FOLLOW THROUGH? The account is online, the  
message
is in the folder on the server, I have taken the account offline  
and online
multiple times, it's STILL saying this.


When this happens I usually select "Rebuild Mailbox" and that seems  
to take care of it.  Not that that makes it any less hateful.
