In order NOT to use NFS or Samba to a Linux server, we found a sshfs
client, which worked nicely. SSHFS++ (or FUSE++)

To return to hate. The client only allowed ONE sshfs `share' at the
same time, and it forgot it *saved* settings when the client exited

So much for usefulness
