I should note that Firefox on a Mac correctly defaults to the A4 of the current printer. Given that we're in the year of the Linux Desktop-my-arse, maybe Firefox has got its OS integration just right - on Linux it's working exactly the way we'd expect any other Linux app to work. Nicholas Clark
