The messages I get from hates-software are somehow classified as spam- neutral, which is to say that they're *just* non-spammy enough that my client doesn't automatically delete them without warning. Instead they're marked in the special if-these-are-all-spam-then-raise-the- threshold color. Maybe I should lower it...
