TestRowFilterAfterWrite sets HConstants.MASTER_ADDRESS to 0.0.0.0:60100 rather
than relying on the setting being in the configuration. Until the latest
revision of hadoop-trunk this mysteriously worked. Removing this setting makes
it work again.
