stack resolved HBASE-778.

Resolution: Invalid
I applied patch anyways and it fails in TestHRegion and TestSplit. I'm
guessing its because patch changes meaning of isEmptyFile. Bad idea.
Resolving as invalid with HBASE-766 as real issue.
